Join us for a night of ULTIMATE relaxation at The Farm Wedding Venue! *Semi-enclosed space

If you haven’t been to a sound bath, we’ll do a little gentle movement and stretching to prepare you before you recline back for your experience!

Vibrational sound healing is not a new method! It can be traced back to ancient times in many cultures, offering a way to shift energy on a cellular level. Being that our bodies are primarily water, every atom , molecule and cell, can absorb and emit sound. Once energy in our bodies blends with therapeutic sound vibrations, it can have profound beneficial healing effects on us! This is soothing & healing to your body and mind as a whole! We’ll be using singing bowls, gong, and chimes.

***Please bring yoga mat, pillows/blankets or light sheet, as you feel appropriate for max comfort (for under back, to prop legs, and/or head). You will be laying down on your back for approximately an hour.

*Bug repellent suggested. This will be in an open air structure.
