5:15 - 6:00 - Closing Fire Ceremony - We’ll lovingly guide a practice to speak with conviction what we choose to release, as well as what we choose to clear the way for. This will collectively burn and drift into the ether, where everything exists as a possibility

If you haven’t been to a sound bath, we’ll do a little gentle movement and stretching to prepare you before you recline back for your experience!

10:30 - 11:45 - Therapeutic Yoga: This is a meditative class designed to take you inward, to sit with feelings, sensations, choices, and to explore both mental and physical “edges.” Erin studied this style of yoga at Phoenix Rising and it has served as a tool to allow us to practice real-time awareness of self. All with the luxury of being surrounded by the sounds of nature
11:45 - 12:45 - Lunch: Enjoy a healthy, picnic style lunch buffet and enjoy the beauty of Sandy Creek. Take some time to visit the goats and enjoy the grounds
12:45 - 3:00 Kayak/Paddleboard adventure: We will have the amazing opportunity to depart from Sandy Creek Resort by water! Kayaks and paddleboards are available to use, or you are welcome to bring your own
3:15 - 4:45 - Sacred Circle: In this space we will have a few journal prompts designed to inspire intentional changes we want to move forward with. Here, we’ll share and declare our intentions!
5:00-6:00 - Sound Bath: A restorative meditation experience, offering multiple instruments and the sound of nature. Rest and release to close out the amazing day!
