Join us for a night of ULTIMATE relaxation at Vitality Wellness Apothecary in Downtown Wetumpka. If you haven’t been to one of Erin’s sound bath offerings, she’ll do a little gentle movement and stretching to prepare you before you recline back for your experience!
Vibrational sound healing is not a new method! It can be traced back to ancient times in many cultures, offering a way to shift energy on a cellular level. Being that our bodies are primarily water, every atom, molecule and cell, can absorb and emit sound. Once energy in our bodies blends with therapeutic sound vibrations, it can have profound beneficial healing effects on us! This is soothing & healing to your body and mind as a whole! We’ll be using singing bowls, gong, a variety of chimes, and a rain drum.
***Please bring yoga mat, pillows/blankets or light sheet, as you feel appropriate for max comfort (for under back, to prop legs, and/or head). You will be laying down on your back for approximately an hour.
