Wild Women, Happy Spring! You’re warmly invited to join us at the magical Sandy Creek Resort for a Spring self-care experience! Come for laughs, sisterhood, inspiration, and wellness offerings. This half-day retreat will focus on some spiritual "Spring Cleaning" and both energizing and meditative practices to refresh and renew our spirits. As you may know, these retreats are a gift to Self and we always leave feeling rejuvenated and lighter. Spaces are limited so please save your place soon.

1pm - 2:30pm - Greetings and "Spring Cleaning" - Guided Journaling & Share Circle

2:45-3:45pm - Energizing Self-Love Movement & Breathwork

4pm-4:45pm - Invigorating Ice Baths

5:00 - 6:00 Sound Bath 

*Please note, this is a half-day retreat and lunch is NOT included

What to bring: Journal & pen, swimsuit & towel for ice bath, water bottle (w/closing lid), extra comforts for sound bath (blanket, pillow, eye mask), snack, bug repellent
